We have anticipated a number of the questions that are most likely to be of interest to our customers. If after reading these, you still have a question you would like answering, please contact customer services here at Bako North Western and we will do our utmost to answer it for you.
How much is one point worth?
Each point has a value of one penny, so 10,000 would be worth £100.00
When did the scheme start?
It started on the 1st August 2006
Who is eligible?
All Bako North Western account holders can take part
How do I collect them?
We automatically do this for you. Every time you make a purchase that entitles you to Plus Reward Points we add this to your account and show this on your next statement
How will I know how many points I get when I make a purchase?
We will clearly show on the adverts and special offers how many points you will get for each purchase. For example, if might show that you receive 240 points for each box of 18 steak pies you purchase during a promotion in September
How do I redeem them?
You can spend your points in one or two ways, you can redeem the value as a credit off your account or you can purchase Capital Bond Gift Vouchers in multiples of £5. Either way just let your representative or customer services know and we will do the rest for you
If I choose capital bonds, how many do I get?
You get 1 pence for every point, so 500 plus reward points would give you a £5 capital bond gift voucher
Do I have to spend them every month?
No, save them up for a larger purchase if you wish
How do I receive my Capital Bonds?
These are sent to you, by post, by recorded delivery
How long will I have to wait for my Capital Bonds Gift Vouchers?
These are usually dispatched within 48 hours for you, so you should easily receive them within a week, but please allow up to 28 days if you need them for a special occasion.
What can I buy?
That’s up to you, basically anything from a pair of new socks to a luxury holiday. Its all down to you and the number of reward points you save up
Where can I spend my capital bond gift vouchers?
Almost anywhere! On page 3 and 4 we have given you a list of the main outlets you can redeem your vouchers at. This was correct at the time of going to print, but also check out the website www.capitalbonds.co.uk for latest participating outlets and news on offers. Don’t forget that many independents also accept these vouchers so ask the retailers themselves.
How will I know how many points I have?
We will update your account statement every month including your new points on it. Any purchase of Capital Bonds will be shown by a deduction from the value of accrued loyalty points; this will be clearly shown as a purchase of Capital Bonds on your statement
